We are an online platform that tracks students’ success by giving them a personalized curriculum that will enhance their educational and professional journey. This platform is created to assist schools, educational organizations, universities, and professional groups develop their students and members to create an advanced future. Within this program, you will have materials that will:
- Strategize scholarship planning that will guarantee financial freedom and scholarship funding.
- Build self-awareness to ensure that transitioners will make the best decisions to be in the field and career that they want and deserve to be in
- Introduce workforce development that will prepare students and professionals for the workplace and careers where they will be able to thrive and be fulfilled.
- Teach individuals how to creating that support system will ensure student success rates increase throughout their educational journey.

The Problem:

Each participating transitioner will:
- Have access to online support and recorded guided coaching through the material to assist with the transitioner’s progress along with the program
- Create a profile with a trackable and guided plan that will help you establish and develop your competitive advantage, and build a supportive environment
- Receive an “Optimizing Your Academic Journey” guided journal in their perspective transitioning point (High School Guide, College Guide, Graduate Guide, Professional Guide)
- Exercises and trainings that also prepares you for the workforce from an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Standpoint (Implicit Bias Training, Conflict Management, Job Hunting and Competency Mapping, Understanding The Selection Process, Salary And Negotiating, And So Much More)
